Our goal is to protect what you care about most

Public health departments play an extremely important role in improving and protecting the health of individuals and communities. OKC - County Health Department is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 organization that harnesses private dollars to support the OKC - County Health Department as it works to deliver essential services such as disease prevention, ensuring access to safe food and water, immunizations, and preparing for and responding to health emergencies.

While OCCHD is a publicly funded agency, generous donors in our community help us broaden its reach, enhance its services and build a healthier community in Central Oklahoma.
